The Village at Clark Brook

Project Details

This 10-year multi-phase project started with a Planned Unit Development that was amended in 2011 and 2012. Situated in between Old Dover Road and Blackwater Road, the PUD consisted of 23 Single Family Lots on a loop road, 9 duplexes on a cul-de-sac, 47 single family and live/work lots along the main entrance drive and four apartment buildings with 144 units. We later amended the PUD in 2019 to remove 45 single family homes and allow two more apartment buildings and 14 townhomes. The entire site is surrounded by acres of open space where trails are maintained, and the drainage and septic fields are located. Amenities include a grill area with gazebo, and a dog park.
