Project Details
This 5.3 acre mixed-use site plan consists of a 4,400 s.f., three unit commercial and office building, and 8, three bedroom townhomes. A long entrance drive leads up to the commercial building and its dedicated parking lot, then continues to the two groups of townhomes. Each townhome has its own driveway and garage and will be heavily screened from the commercial use.
The site is served by an onsite well and five separate septic systems. Stormwater is collected in offline catch basins and distributed to four separate stormwater ponds, treated, and then discharged off site.
The Zoning Board approved 6,900 s.f. of disturbance to the wetland buffer, and a waiver from the Planning Board was granted for the driveway slope at the entrance on Thomas Road.
