Project Details
This 34-acre parcel was subdivided into four lots and includes a 2,000 linear foot cul-de-sac with one wetland crossing. The lots are for both residential and commercial uses. The project consisted of two 48-unit over 55 apartment buildings with a common drive, on two 8 acre parcels. Each building has a communal back patio for the enjoyment of residents, and 60 under-building parking spaces as well as surface parking. One of the commercial lots was developed for residential town homes, and retail and office uses.
Town water and sewer were connected into the site from the street. Sewer gravity flows to a small pump station and up the cul-de-sac to the street. Stormwater is treated next to each building and at the end of the roadway. The project required two Planning Board special permits. One for over 55 housing, and another for the use of a common drive.
