Noble Farm Industrial Park

Project Details

This ongoing project is in its fifth phase. Originally a gravel pit and then a proposed 38 lot residential subdivision, the new owner decided to build an industrial park. Four warehouses have been erected on the 94-acre site with a fifth one on the way.

The large manmade pond to the south was used as the drainage pond for the park and to serve as a fire pond. The site is surrounded by residential neighbors and has a large residential buffer around the property.
