Project Details

This site plan is on an existing 8-acre single family parcel. We proposed two 11,000 s.f. buildings with associated drainage and engineering. The project required a Conditional Use Permit from the town to fill wetlands on the site, as well as a zoning variance to allow two separate buildings. Waivers were approved for driveway slope and landscaping.
