Project Details

We designed a 1,200 linear foot cul-de-sac with 13 single family lots on 18 acres. Stone walls, which were disturbed, were required to be relocated on the site, moved them to flank the proposed driveway locations. Each driveway required its own sight distance profile, and a pedestrian sidewalk runs along the length of the road.

Stormwater is collected in catch basins and treated in a stormwater pond to the north of the site in an onsite drainage easement area. We received approval to fill wetlands for the road construction, and installed a culvert under the roadway. Utilities included town water, individual septic systems, and underground electricity.
