Project Details

This client’s goal was to subdivide an existing 4-acre residential lot into two residential lots.  Bedford Design Consultants surveyed existing site features and located wetland flagging, then designed the lots to meet town requirements including well, septic, and buildable area regulations.  BDC submitted an Application for Subdivision of Land to NHDES and a Subdivision Application to the Town. From proposal to approval this project was completed in less than 3 months.
