Guglielmino Lot Line Adjustment

Project Details

These three lots are located along an old lake drive and were built built before setback regulations. The lot in the middle was split between the lots on the left and the right. This allowed a shared septic to be on one lot, and for the lot with the house to have additional buildable space.
