Project Details

These two existing lots total approximately 26 acres and are located in the 100-year floodplain next to a large beaver pond. The field crew located existing features and monuments, and wetland flagging.

The large lot was subdivided into two parcels. We also created a lot line adjustment to rectify the encroachment onto the larger parcel from an abutting lot. An access easement was added to the frontage lot to allow access to the remainder lot. A shared driveway was designed as well as a sight distance plan and profile to prove safe sight distance.
