Brook Shire Subdivision

Project Details

This 117-acre open space subdivision is located along the Piscataquag River. The parcel was divided into 29 house lots with two large open space lots along the perimeter of the parcel. Each lot was determined using soil-based lot sizing. The roadway required a stream crossing approval from the town and state.  We designed roadway plan and profiles, a trail system with parking, and added a fire cistern.
