Project Details
Completed in the summer of 2023, this 155,000 square foot warehouse is located on a steep hill next to Route 93. The 16-acre lot has a long access drive that leads to a 44 space employee parking area and 25 truck loading docks. Due to the sloping hillside, there is a 400’ long, twenty-foot-high retaining wall along the driveway which allows for a 2,500 square foot employee recreation area with views of the surrounding hills. Vegetative screening is used to shield the property from residential abutters using additional evergreen plantings on earthen berms. The lot is served by town water, sewer, and gas. Stormwater is held in underground detention areas throughout the site and discharged to an engineered gravel wetland system.
