Project Details

This 15-acre site has an existing building that is to be remodeled in a two-phase residential project. The first phase is a new 64 unit, four story affordable housing apartment building, and the second phase (the existing building) will be renovated into a 32 unit residential building.

The site has existing sewer and water which was extended to the back of the property for the first phase of the project. The driveway loops around the site connecting the old and new development where additional parking was added.

Stormwater is captured in catchbasins which drain to sediment forebays. A bio-retention basin is used for stormwater treatment and infiltration.
